    We may collect and store the following information when running the Skypunch Service:

      When you create an account, your name, phone number and email address is collected. By providing this information to Skypunch Technology, you release Skypunch Technology from any liability in relation to the security of such information. That information is not shared with other parties (other than upon request from law enforcement in the event of an investigation) and is used for both authenticating one’s identity when logging into this website and for relevant business communication. “Relevant business communication” includes the creation of invoices and payment confirmation, and also periodic updates published on the blog which users may unsubscribe from receiving. For your security, we encrypt the transmission of Sensitive Information using the most current Transport Layer Security (TLS) algorithms. Skypunch Technology does not store credit card information when a client submits payment via this web site.

      When you use the Service, we automatically record information about your activity using the Services. This may include your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, the web page visited before you came to our website, information you search for on our website, locale preferences, identification numbers associated with your Skypunch Technology account, date and time stamps associated with transactions, system configuration information, metadata concerning your Files, and other interactions with the Service.

      We use “cookies” to ensure you’re able to log in to the site and stay logged in for the duration of your session. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that records your session identification information and nothing more. No personally identifying information is stored in the cookies used by Skypunch Technology.

      We may use certain trusted third party companies and individuals to help us provide, analyze, and improve the Service (including but not limited to data storage, maintenance services, database management, web analytics, payment processing, and improvement of the Service’s features). These third parties may have access to your information only for purposes of performing these tasks on our behalf and under obligations similar to those in this Privacy Policy.
    3. Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement Requests; Protection of Skypunch Technology’s Rights
